5 Stars !!! Heather made selling a house easy, quick, and uncomplicated! My mother lived in Augusta, but I live in England. On my few trips to the States, Heather walked me through what I needed to do, how to do it, and who to call to work on and clean the house. She had practical answers for all of my questions, small and large. She knows the neighbourhood, the city, the market, and the timing. It was a difficult time for me emotionally, but she reassured me that all would be well, and it was. The house went on the market on a Thursday, we had 3 good bids by Sunday evening, and on Monday we chose a buyer--offering more than the asking price. My parents bought that house over 40 years ago with Sprague and Curtis, and they lived out their lives there. i was happy to turn to Sprague and Curtis again when it was time to sell. Heather provided me with the perfect balance of information, kindness, and professionalism. If I had more houses, I would sell them all with Heather's help!

Heather is an excellent real estate agent! She was extremely professional, very attentive, pleasant, and accommodating. She was available and present during each step of the process, which proved to be very helpful since I was not local and would have needed to travel from afar to make some inspections and/or meetings.
